Food of mother when breastfeeding

I counted up to childbirth that food of mother when breastfeeding it very much and very strict diet according to which it is practically impossible to eat anything, except simple soups. To my huge happiness it appeared, much more products enter a diet of the feeding mummy.








Besides, a diet it is possible and it is even necessary to expand gradually, gradually adding new products and watching reaction of the child. If you ate, say, an apple and the child quite normally reacted to it, then why not to try plum? Anyway to me as to young mother, it was necessary to understand a question of food of mother when breastfeeding.



Here the list of products which can unambiguously enter a food allowance of mother when breastfeeding. It is checked on itself.

Soups;
Any porridges. However it is necessary to treat rice porridge carefully as it can cause a lock;
Meat (pork, beef, bird) and fish can be eaten in the boiled, stewed or baked look. Has to tell that during certain periods (when the child is three weeks old or 1.5 months) there is a probability of emergence of feeding period breastcrisis. At this time my child did not gorge on and demanded a breast through everyone half of hour. In the beginning I was frightened and thought that milk became a little and this problem is difficult solved. The test for wet diapers showed that I have enough breast milk. As it appeared, it was thereisnomilk. And beef (not pork and not a bird) and tea for improvement of a lactation helped to fight against it to me;
Dairy products. You can safely use cheese, cottage cheese, kefir, milk, yogurts (only without fruit additives). Buy dairy products with the smallest content of fat;
Boiled potato. Doctors resolve a little fried, but I did not begin to risk;
1 boiled egg a day;
Little milk sausage;
compote from dried fruits, compotes;
Tea (it is better with milk). It is possible black, it is possible green;
Cheesecakes, cottage cheese casseroles;
Meatballs, potato or cottage cheese dumplings;
dietarycookies, zephyr;
Baked apples;
Boiled vegetables (carrots, beet, onions).


The list of products which should not enter a food allowance of mother when breastfeeding:

- Hot spices;
- Excessively greasy food;
- In the first months it is not recommended to eat red vegetables and fruit;
- Smoked products and marinades;
- The products promoting gas generation (cabbage, peas);
- Much to my regret, cakes and other sweets cannot be eaten;
- Coffee, aerated water;
- Citrus.


Well and of course, pay attention to structure of products which you use. Remember that everything that is eaten by you, with milk gets to an organism of your child. And why to your kid dyes and preservatives?
